The best part about working with Kim was her availability. I was first introduced to Kim through the Zillow app and I was immediately impressed. While looking at homes online around 9 pm I clicked to get some more information on a home, expecting to hear something from an agent on Monday, but in less than 15 minutes I received a text and then a phone call from Kim and we were rolling. It never took her longer than a few minutes to respond to any of my 1,000 questions via text message or phone call. We met Kim when she answered our inquiry about a condo for sale. When we really got serious about downsizing from our home of 27 years we contacted Kim.
